Just purchased a new vehicle with a trade in. Jesse was the team member I was working with. He was not pushy at all and was not annoyed by all the questions and wanting to see the vehicle with multiple color combinations. The finance director was also so kind, informative and easy to work with. Jesse even helped me move the car seats over in the blazing heat without even being asked! Highly recommend.

Special shoutout to Mr Brent! My car was great, everyone was very nice and the paperwork was quick. However it was an out of state car for me so it took a lot of trouble to get them on a phone line. The calls kept getting disconnected and I barely could get a call back, hence I had to literally go down to Florida. Otherwise the car I got was in excellent condition. I hope the phone call communication will improve if customers are from another location.

The service was good. I do believe that in general the posting of the vehicles is not great. There were some vehicles posted that were actually not ready yet and some vehicles were already sold but not updated in the website. I did at the end get to buy a vehicle but had a not so great time try to find the right one because of the mis information but overall satisfied with what I got.
