However, Andrew is knowledgeable, an attentive listener, and someone who will let you take your time looking at the vehicle selections. He won’t try to goad you into one decision or another. If I were to buy another vehicle at this dealership, I would want Andrew as my salesman again.

Noah from Mullinax Ford of Orlando was super helpful and patience throughout the entire purchasing process. I was never rushed, 0 high pressure sales and all questions where answered. I came in for what I thought would be a routine oil change, but when the technicians discovered my oil pan was cracked, Luis went above and beyond to make the experience as smooth as possible. He expedited my repair, kept me informed throughout the process, and even found over $350 in Ford Rewards that I had no idea I had available, saving me a substantial amount of money. He didn’t have to take the extra time to look for those rewards, but he did, and that level of honesty and customer care is exactly why I continue bringing my truck back to this Quick Lane location. I had and overall good buying experience with the Orlando branch. Sales person John was great. The no haggle pricing sure makes it one less thing to have to negotiate as well. For context, I purchased a 2026 f150 XLT. Where I felt my experience took a negative turn and that I could not trust them was the finance department. As an educated buyer with 850+ credit and nearly 40% cash down, I was still being steered into a longer term and higher interest rate after numerous times telling them what I wanted which was 60 months term. From being told it would hurt my credit to keep shopping for best rate and without asking who I had an established banking history with to get the best rate, to offering a better rate but not telling me it was the 72 months. I had to use my phone to research what the best rates were with my bank for them to settle on what was fair FOR ME. They had no leverage to make me accept the longer terms and higher interest.

Mullinax is my go to dealer always.. they will bend over backwards to make it happen. Gary Thornburg & Juan Colon worked diligently to help me out of the situation I was experiencing. An amazing dealership where integrity is #1. I walked into Mullinax Ford in Apopka without an introduction. I stepped up to the desk and waited about a 30seconds to talk to the receptionist who was finishing up with a call. A salesman Dennis asked if I needed any assistance. I told him I was considering a Ford and wanted to check out the dealership. I asked if he was a salesman. He said yes, and he could help me out. Another gentleman walked from the back a few feet away from us. Without missing a beat Dennis explained it was the other salesman's turn, and he didn't want to break the rules, but it was up to me. Wes came over and said we all work together so whatever you want to do he was fine with. I told him I follow rules, so I shook Dennis' hand and thanked him, turned to Wes and continued on. I was curious to see how it would workout. I have been to many dealerships in my life. One of the worst is an Orlando dealership I visited a few years ago to purchase a Jeep. I spoke to a salesman that I wasn't ready to buy that day, but I would remember him and be back tomorrow at a set time. The next day I walked into the dealership and didn't see the salesman I had spoken to on the previous day. A couple of new salesmen walked over. I explained I was looking for a certain salesman. They both laughed and explained he had quit. I explained it was too bad, but I really wanted to deal with the other salesman. As I started to talk to the new salesmen, I noticed the gentlemen I had spoken to across the room, so I walked away from those two and made my way across the dealership floor. I introduced myself and explained that I had walked in and asked for him, but his co-workers lied and told me he had quit. He wasn't too happy, but he explained it was pretty cutthroat. I ended up not buying the vehicle and asked my current salesman where the GM's office was. I walked over to the GM's office and explained what had just taken place. I also explained I had planned to buy a vehicle that day, showed the cashier's check but didn't appreciate being lied to. I guess I hurt his feelings, and he asked me "what am I supposed to do". I told him it's an integrity issue never mind and walked out. No wonder Mullinax Ford according to every review, and AI research software program states it's one of the best dealerships in the country. If you want a straight answer with integrity and know you are getting the absolute best deal, look no further than Mullinax Ford in Apopka. Please consider asking for either Dennis, or Wes from the sales team. You can't go wrong either way! Kudos to the GM who runs an amazing dealership and their salespeople.

Brand new 90k vehicle looked like blind person cleaned it. It was like "here your keys,there is your truck and see ya". I wanted to inspect the vehicle before I left, they just parked it in the middle of other cars in general parking. It started raining and the tight spot it was hard to inspect. It felt like as they got paid ,it was like here's the keys and get lost.

The upfront pricing was fair, transparent, and made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable without the usual back-and-forth negotiations. Barry was exceptional – friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely committed to helping us find the right vehicle. I've never had an enjoyable purchase at a car dealership. EVER. I've always felt pressured and taken advantage of when purchasing a vehicle, new or used, at every dealer I've ever been to. That was until Mullinax. I entered my info in order to get an online estimate, and honestly didn't intend to make a deal. This was the third dealer I researched and the only one that really wanted to sell a car. From the moment Ellie reached out to me, there was never a feeling of being pressured. In fact, they didn't even reach out until the next day because they weren't in a rush. Nestor was my salesman and he was top notch. I requested a remote purchase and trade in because I have VERY limited time due to my work schedule. Nestor listened to my needs and actually sent me what I was asking for, NOT what he was interested in selling me. What a crazy idea! All other car dealers should take notes. THIS is how you treat customers. I was curious to get into an F-150 and Nestor made it happen. All in all, the entire transaction took less than 3 hours remotely. Nestor hand delivered the vehicle to me and left in my trade. Easy as that. Not only am I a Mullinax convert now, but I'm already considering what my daughter's first car and my wife's next car will be. The only thing for certain is that they will both be Ford's from Mullinax Ford.

Johnnier Rodriguez reached out to us outline when we showed some interest in an expedition. He was very helpful and very informative. At the final sale, he hooked us up with Nestor Herrera, who closed the sale. Both men were extremely professional and very personable. Nestor was very informed on the vehicle we were interested in. I feel like we were treated very fairly, and all our questions were answered to give us confidence that we were purchasing the vehicle that best suited us. We had used Mullinax in the past and were pleased with our service at that point in time. I can honestly say that these two gentlemen exceeded our expectations and we will continue to do business with Mullinax.

Micah gave me great customer service. He was great on updated me about my car and answered all my questions.
