Just purchased a new F-150 from Anthony P. on the internet. He was extremely responsive which generally has not been my experience when trying to buy cars on line. I went the next day with my trade fully expecting the trade price given from pictures would not be agreed. To my surprise and pleasure there were no changes. Vehicle price and trade price were fair and as indicated on line. Working with Richy in finance was also great - he thoroughly explained everything and all went smooth and quick. I highly recommend Mullinax - I have absolutely no complaints.

Overall good experience. Was truly upfront pricing. Still tried to sell me an unnecessary warranty/service plan in the finance office. But they were not aggressive when I said No. There was confusing over transferring an old plate. Had to settle on a new plate for the vehicle. That was a little bit of a let down. Overall I would shop there again. One of the better new car buying experiences overall.
Millinax in Apopka is still my favorite dealership. Others are closer, millinax is better.

This is a very friendly knowledgeable dealership. They are straightforward pricing, no dealer fees, no paperwork, fees for online filing, only a tax and then registration and title, which in my case was a little over a $100 which is cheaper than I've ever had it and I bought about 50 new vehicles, I rate them very highly their very intelligent and you will be happy. I went in to get service and while waiting, I asked the service person if I could have a sales person show me another vehicle. Joshua Barrett came out and short of it, we traded vehicles. 2021 F 150 to a 2025 Expedition Platinum. Josh spent quality time answering my questions and provided great insight into the new Expedition. Josh helped me set up the new profile before I left which was a great help. Pricing upfront no hidden fees or gotchas. Only dealer in the state like this and I called a ton. It’s pretty much all you get however. Don’t expect further discounts or freebies. While they advertise remote purchase this is not Carvana the process is wonky and slow. Malik made this so quick and fast. hes very honest too. he does help work with budgets. this other dude that was here (another customer) he had to leave his truck and the guy was gonna walk back home but malik offered a ride and insisted he didnt walk that long. he ordered an air filter and made a clearing for the next day to fit me in. this guy really made it super easy. and my oil change was lighting fast dudeee. i suggest this place very muchhh

Recall repairs were scheduled and the repairs were made without any issues. The service department is very good about keeping you informed as to the progress of the repairs. Great experience getting ready for a trip by taking my car into Mullinax Ford. Everyone from the apt. setter to the service writer and the mechanic were professional and helpful. The service writer explained everything before and after and the mechanic sent me a video to explain even more. Nelson Santana is always our go to. We just purchased our 3rd vehicle with him. We have been shopping for cars here since 2017. No pressure from anyone here. But Nelson is very upfront and listens to what his customers want. If he can’t find you something on the lot he looks elsewhere at other Mullinax lots to see if there is something he can bring in that fits your needs. I went to the dealership with my husband just to look around and expecting to have to bargain for a fair deal, but this is the opposite of what happened. Noah greeted us right outside, didn’t pressure us to look at anything specific. He listened to what we were looking for and helped us find the best vehicle for our family. During the first oil change on my 2025 F-150 the technician performed the battery test and discovered a defective battery. The battery was replaced under warranty and probably kept me from having a problem later on. I'm always impressed with the service I get at Mulinax Ford.

Brent was solid and made the process easy. I came on a busy Saturday so things went a bit slow just because there was so many people there but it was expected and not a problem. I chose shopping there because there is no "sales tactics" to have me buy all these packages and plans and I was able to assess what I wanted and they gave me a price. If you do not like the sales side of car buying this is worth your time.
